Refund Policy

At Lumos Coaching and Consulting (“Lumos,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be fair and transparent about our refund practices.

 

1. Coaching and Consulting SessionsCancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.Late Cancellations/No-Shows:Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend a session without notice, are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

 

2. Workshops, Courses, and ProgramsIndividual Registration Cancellations:For events such as workshops, group coaching programs, or training sessions, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event start date. A full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.

 

Within 7 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but you may request to transfer your registration to a future event (subject to availability).

 

Event Cancellation by Lumos: If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date.

 

3. Custom Engagements or Contracts: For contracted services (e.g., organizational consulting, team development packages), refund terms will be outlined in the service agreement signed prior to the start of work. Please refer to your agreement or contact us directly for terms specific to your engagement.

 

4. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund or reschedule a session, please contact us and Include your name, the date of the session or event, and the reason for your request. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

 

5. Policy Updates: Lumos Coaching and Consulting reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
